We had a 60th birthday party and did appetizers and a main entree. I received so many positive comments about the food and a week later people are still talking about how good the food was. Shawn and Sarah worked so hard to make it a perfect party!

We had the honor of having Grate Catering cater our wedding and it was absolutely phenomenal! I have had so many people rave on and on about the food! They provided a fabulous tasting beforehand, that honestly felt like date night, and we had so much food that we had leftovers to share with family. Wow. I was blown away by Grate. Me and my husband really wanted tacos for our wedding, and they have the most amazing package. Sarah was prompt in responding to emails and questions, and she made sure everything was perfect. I was so glad to meet her when she served us our food. The serving table was beautiful, which is not usually the case with many catering companies. And Oh My Goodness. The food was incredible. Our guests could not stop raving about how yummy it was and how it was such a great idea to do Mexican. Grate even provided plates and other plastic ware, ice for the bar, and a bartender. It was truly a one stop shop. I cannot recommend Grate enough. I wish I lived closer because I would have them cater EVERYTHING. Thanks for making my day seamless and perfect and delicious

The MOST amazing experience for our wedding day! Sarah is an absolute pleasure to work with and will customize to any type of taste you're feeling. My husband is allergic to shellfish and they took it very seriously which was super comforting! We held an Appreciation Breakfast for the Kannapolis Firefighters. From the very beginning Shawn from Grate Catering Co made us feel at ease and told us to tell him what we wanted and he would take care of the rest. Not only did he provide the firefighters with a delicious breakfast and a spectacular presentation but was willing to accommodate us with the wee early morning hours that we needed. This caterer and his staff are outstanding in every aspect. I would never use anyone else!

I cannot say enough good things about Grate Catering. From the first contact to the last, it was easy and a pleasure. The food - OMG the food was AMAZING! Best pot roast I have ever put in my mouth! I was super impressed with the interaction Sarah and Shawn had with the guests. I paid for buffet style so I did not expect no rounding of tables - that was such a nice gesture and made the guests feel important.

Grate was absolutely wonderful! They catered for our wedding and I have heard guest after guest talk about how good the food was. I asked for a hard dish from home, Feijoada, and Shawn nailed it! I had the pleasure of eating 3 lunches and a dinner catered by Grate at a weeklong workshop. The lasagna rolls, balsamic chicken, brisket, chicken fajita, and accompanying sides and desserts were top notch!

Grate Catering provided the food for my daughter's wedding and they did a fantastic job. The communication was excellent. I highly recommend the meatballs and the pork sliders and the fruit was perfectly sweet. I can't say enough about the wait staff. They were courteous and professional. Should I need a catering service again Grate will be the first one I call.
